Cupcakes can only be ordered in batches of 6 per flavour

Ordering and Delivery: All you have to do is decide which of our tasty handmade cupcakes, cakes and bakes you would like and then telephone us on 07583-706397 or email us on the contact page. We can then book your order into the baking schedule and, if applicable, delivery costs can also be worked out.

For small orders payment is taken at time of ordering. For large orders a deposit will be required of 50%.

Please give us at least 48hrs notice for your order. If there is a last minute cupcake emergency please let us know and we can see if we can help you.

Cake flavour and texture is subjective. Full refunds requested due to flavour or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. Cakes must be returned to us within a reasonable time, preferably within 24 hours of pick up - please call or email us promptly to let us know of the issue. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Crestwood Cakes and Bakes. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten.

We are based in the West Midlands and can supply Cupcakes Birmingham, Cupcakes Solihull, Cupcakes Sutton Coldfield, Cupcakes Lichfield, Cupcakes Walsall and surrounding areas within the West Midlands.

Gifts: Cupcakes make the perfect gift for someone. If you would like to order a box of cupcakes as a gift and would like to include a gift card please let us know. Some decorations may incur an additional charge
